Who is it for?

 

Success in life is not what you aim for but what you successfully negotiate, whether that is a job, a promotion, getting a project moving forward or a sale.  This course is for anyone who needs to influence and negotiate an action from someone else for less than you want to pay, whether the currency is money,  time, or your labour.

What is it about?

 

Negotiation is a dialogue between two or more people or parties intended to reach a mutually beneficial outcome, resolve points of difference to gain advantage in a sale or a  project.  Very few of us in the Western world have negotiation skills.  This one day workshop will cover Key Negotiation Principles, how to prepare prior to engagement, discover tradeables and understand a walk-away strategy.
